Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Transit time
US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped. International transit times vary by destination. Tracking is emailed as soon as your package leaves the shop.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all US orders over $100. US orders under $100 are charged the rate shown at checkout. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, email torqracingsupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll open a claim and make it right.
Fitment guarantee
Fitment guarantee — full refund if a part does not fit the bike it is listed for. Questions before you order? Email torqracingsupport@gmail.com with your bike model and we'll confirm within one business day.
