Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, but may take longer during high-volume periods.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. International orders may take longer due to customs delays.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided automatically once the order ships. Some international carriers may take additional time to update tracking.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Torq Racing is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Torq Racing is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or delivery issues outside our control.
Lost or Stuck Shipments
If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, or if tracking is stuck, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot issue refunds for lost or delayed packages unless the carrier confirms the package was damaged.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photo or video proof. Only damaged/defective items qualify for refunds (see our Refund Policy).
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
